After looking at retirement/investment properties in St Augustine FL for several years we have watched the market steadily increase so we decided to contact a Realtor to start our search. Not knowing any Realtors in the area we reached out to a friend and was given Kevin's information. From the very start we knew we had the right Realtor for us.
